List Your Yacht For Sale
Yachts are listed on the Register for an initial fee, which is fully refunded once the yacht is sold through IYR® within 12 months. This fee covers a complete survey and inspection to the IYR® Standard and an IYR® valuation.
IYR® lists yachts for sale on an exclusive basis for 12 months, with a sliding scale of commission based on the required sales price. Networking with agents is an important part of how the industry operates. Any agent that purchases a yacht on the register will receive an agreed commission of the sales price.
Our commissions are well below the industry norm and this represents a considerable saving to our clients. All costs are transparent; travel, subsequent inspections, and requests by an owner or captain, everything additional is pre-approved; there is no commitment without agreement.
