The yachts on our Register pass the multi-point inspection criteria, which is refreshed twice a year so an owner or purchaser can rest assured that any one of the yachts on the Register are among the best in the world in terms of safety, security, service, maintenance and operation.

Charter Services Your incredible charter experience begins with the perfect yacht. Our yacht search service is free and gives you exclusive access to the IYR® fleet of yachts and direct access to any of the leading yachts under charter management via any of the world's leading brokerage houses. If a yacht is available for charter and it meets your specific search criteria, we will find it, secure it, negotiate the best rate and book it on your instruction.

New Construction and Refit Management
The IYR® experts have been responsible for the building, the refitting and ongoing maintenance of hundreds of metres of sophisticated luxury yachts and will ensure your yacht will be launched on time and within budget. We work on a daily or monthly basis based on a flat fee of 750EUR per day plus expenses. This enables you to use IYR for a simple progress audit, to investigate and resolve one particular problem or to manage the entire build.

Valuations IYR® has a unique valuation service for luxury yachts. Comprehensive information is fundamental in determining value and our all-encompassing multipoint inspection process is crucial to obtaining an accurate valuation report.
Naturally our system takes in ISM, ISPS and MCA standards but our broader scope allows us to give a more informed basis for valuation.
Our clients receive 3 prices giving them a complete overview of their yacht's value: the cost of replacement, the present market value and a price to sell. One of the distinguishing features of the IYR® valuation report is that it includes all items that relate to the operation and manning as well as the condition of the yacht. We also provide an opinion on projected market values up to five years from the original date of valuation.
Yachts listed with IYR® will all have been assessed and our inspection process will have clarified high operational standards and consistent maintenance. IYR® valuations are available to all clients independently, giving a neutral viewpoint if needed.
The cost of our valuation report is highly competitive and is an invaluable tool when looking to insure, buy, sell or maintain a yacht to the highest standard.

Management We separate day-to-day management from shore support, giving responsibility back to the operational experts while giving the owner fast and easy access to every aspect of the yacht. We provide owners with a more personal, professional and detailed service which includes comprehensive shore support.
IYR® offers Shore Support Administration which includes ISM & ISPS verification, ship security operation and general administrative support. This is designed to help owners and captains run their yachts with maximum efficiency and value. Monthly fees range from 6,000EUR (40-50M yacht) to 9,500EUR for yachts 80M and above.
